1. Microspore tetrad is a four celled stage in a sporogenesis process. It is formed after the meiotic division of pollen mother cell. After this stage all four cells of the tetrad get separate from each other and form independent pollen grains.
2. Sporogenous tissue and pollen mother cells are not same. Sporogenous tissue undergo mitotic divisions to form pollen mother cells. PMC are more cytoplasmically dense.
3. Microspore tetrad undergo various changes to form pollen grain that include formation of intine and exine the outer wall of pollen grain, after which all four pollen grains get separated from each other.
