what is the difference b/w the a -site and p -site of a ribosome?

The A site of the ribosome is the site where all aminoacyl tRNA enters except the initiator tRNA. P site is the site in ribosome where the peptidyl tRNA is formed. The initiator tRNA also enters the P site.
