what is the difference between between virus and bacteria

The basic difference between the bacteria and virus is that viruses are not considered or cellular organisms while bacteria have a cell structure. Also, bacteria have their own cell machinery and can divide on their own while viruses need a host to divide. also, viruses are just a genetic material bounded by a protein coat.
