Question

what is the difference between high density and high potential

what is the difference between high density and high potential?

Solution

If we say high density of charge means amount of charge carriers is more i.e., there is so much charge carriers in small volume.
{ Charge carriers means particles carrying charge }

High potential means total amount of charge (not only charge carriers) is large .
potential is directly proportional to magnitude of charge.
Charge having large magnitude produce high potential.
