1-The electric light bulbs are larger than LED bulbs.
2-An electric light bulb uses 60 -100 watts of power, and a standard LED bulb uses 9 watts.LED bulbs last much longer than electric bulbs.
3-An electric bulb uses electricity to heat a filament to produce light whereas the LED technology is entirely different. In this case the semiconductors have important role to produce light. The LED bulbs send electricity through the semiconductor in one direction and photons are created as a reaction. Photons are tiny packets of light.
