What is the difference between Trypsin and Chymotrypsin [both structural and functional] ?

Trypsin and chymotrypsin are very similar in structure, the only difference is in their substrate. Trypsin cut the larger proteins at site having arginine and lysine residue whereas chymotrypsin cut the large proteins at site having tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine.
