What is difference between internal, extracellular, and intracellular digestion ?

Internal digestion: In this digestion takes place inside the body.

Extracellular digestion: When enzymes are secreted into the digestive lumen ouutside the cell, through the cell membrane for breakdown of substrates it is called extracellular digestion.

Intracellular digestion- it takes place in the cytoplasm of organisms.
