where are the nuclei and organelles if mature red blood cells?

The function of RBC is to transport oxygen to each part of the body. For this purpose these cells have heamoglobin molecule which carries the oxygen. RBC have lost their nucleus and other organelles, so that it can accommodate maximum number of heamoglobin molecule to carry its function more efficiently.
