• An animal product is any material derived from the body of an animal.
• Some of the food materials made from animal product are flesh, blood, milk, eggs, pet foods & honey. Leather manure, silk, feather, fur are some of the non food stuff made from animal products.
• Some animal material are recycled and sold to make commercial products such as cosmetics, paint, cleaners etc. The animal product collected from restaurant waste and mutton shops are recycled and used as a feed for other small animals like dog.
• Gobar gas – the bio gas- is a product made from cow dung.
