Earlier it was assumed that Lysosomes are found in animal cells but very rarely found in a plant cell. Current evidences prove that lysosomes are indeed found in plant cells.
Centrosomes are found in animal cells and are the site of microtubule initiation. Plants do not have centrosomes and use other microtuble organizing centers to organize their microtubules.
