Question

Why do virus reproduce in host organisms ?

Open in App
Solution

Viruses reproduce in host organisms because they don't have any cellular machinery of their own. They are non-living outside the host. When they are present inside the body of a host, they take over the host cell machinery to replicate themselves, killing the host.
