Why HIV positive air is very prone to other types of diseases

HIV virus attack all the cell that are involved in providing immunity to our body like macrophages, T cells and B cells.

After entering into the body this virus start killing all the T cells and B cells thus decreasing our immunity and making us more prone to the attack of other harmful bacteria and viruses. That is why our body become more prone to other diseases after getting infected by HIV.
