Solution

Brownian motion of liquids and gases considered to be final proof for the existence of molecules by a Roman scientific poem..

According to it, the random motion of dust particle in the presence of sun light indicated the motion of hidden molecules and atoms which can not be seen by eyes. Its was just an hypothesis as today we all know that the motion of dust particles is due to air current.
