why is the enzyme cellulase needed for isolating genetic material from plant cells and not animal cells ??

As the name of enzyme suggest that it acts on cellulose which is present in cell wall and we know that only plant cell has cell wall which contains cellulose so this enzyme acts on plant cell and not on animal cell.
