Dew is formed by the condensation of the water vapour(moisture) in air on or near ground surface.Due formation requires, long cloudless nights, clam air and high humidity in the atmosohere.Windy air doesnot remain in contact with the surface for longer time and thus it becomes an unfavourable condition for the dew to be formed.
