Perimeter of Square $=4\times \text{Side}$

$=4\times 25=100\text{m}$

Perimeter of Rectangle $=2(\text{Length}+\text{Breadth})$

$=2(20+14)=68\text{m}$

Therefore, distance covered by Parul $=2\times 100=200\text{m}$

And Distance covered by Nitish $=3\times 68=204\text{m}$

Hence, Nitish Travels more distance by $4\text{m}$
