The correct option is C D
When the frequency will increase then the kinetic energy of the photo electron coming out of the cell will also increase so we need more potential to stop it i.e the stopping potential will also also high. But the intensity of the light was decreased which will cause a decrease in total current. So the curve D will reflects the situation.
