Primary constriction, secondary constriction, and nucleolar organiser are the terms associated with chromosome. Primary constriction is that narrower region in a condensed chromosome where, a centromere remain located. Secondary constriction is also present in addition to primary constriction in chromosomes. Nucleolar organiser is the region in chromosomes, around which nucleolus is formed.
So the cell plate is odd term in relation to other three terms, as it is the the structure that develop in a dividing plant cell to separate two groups of chromosomes and other cell components so that new daughter cells can be formed.
