As per the given data points $M$ and $N$ are the midpoints of $△PQR$

∴ $MQ=\frac{1}{2}PQ=2.8cm$

Similarly, $NR=\frac{1}{2}PR=2.4cm$

$MN=\frac{1}{2}QR=\frac{1}{2}\times 6.2=3.1cm$

∴ Perimeter of trapezium = $MQ+QR+NR+MN=2.8+6.2+2.4+3.1=14.5cm$
