Solution

The correct option is A Matrix of mitochondria
Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex is a cluster of three enzymes and is present in multiple copies in the mitochondria of eukaryotic cells and in the cytosol of prokaryotes. It catalyzes irreversible oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate into acetyl-CoA and carbon dioxide. Kreb cycle is exclusive to aerobic respiration and occurs in the mitochondrial matrix, all but one of its enzymes are located in the mitochondrial matrix, not in intermembrane space of mitochondria. Cytoplasm is the site for glycolysis and glycolytic enzymes are present there. The chloroplast is organelle of photosynthesis. Thus, the correct answer is option A.
