But we know that ratio of their ages after 7 years = 6/5
Thus, (A+7)/(B+7) = 6/5
Or 5A + 35 = 6B + 42 …..(ii)
From equations (i) and (ii), we get:
A = 5 and B = 3.
Thus, A + B = 8.
