All the regions mentioned in the options have mangrove forest and deciduous forest. But the Tropical Dry Evergreen Forest is the indigenous forest of the coastal seaboard of South East India. Historically the forest extended from Vishakapatanam to Ramanathapuram as a belt of vegetation between 30 and 50 km wide, bordered on one side by the sea and on the other side by a forest that becomes increasingly deciduous as one moves inland. The forest is unique because despite being in a dry region the forest remains evergreen. It can be attributed to rainfall during the winter season too from the North-East Monsoon (Coromandel coast receives rainfall during retreating monsoon). The Tropical Dry Evergreen Forest is a unique forest found only in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. Its distribution is restricted to the narrow coastal strip from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh in the north to Ramanathapuram in Tamil Nadu in the south.
