Q. Why do solids have a geometrical shapes?

Solid have regular geometry because its constituent molecules are closer to each other due to intermolecular force of attraction between them & there are no free space between them due to which its can't change its shape( volume,breadth ,height ,dimension) which is said to be regular geometry
