Answer: Attracts.

Reason: When a charged body (A) is placed near an uncharged body (B), the charges on 'A' pulls the opposite charges and pushes the like charges present in 'B'. Hence, the opposite charges on 'B' move closer to 'A' while the like charges on 'B' move away from 'A'. As the attractive force dominates the repulsive force, object 'B' gets attracted to 'A'.
