Circumference of wheels
$= 2 π r = 2 r \times π = 80 π c m$

Distance = speed x time
Distance travelled by car in 10 minutes
$= \frac{(66 \times 1000 \times 100 \times 10)}{60} = 1100000 c m$

$N o . o f r e v o l u t i o n s = \frac{D i s t a n c e t r a v e l l e d b y c a r}{C i r c u m f e r e n c e o f w h e e l s}$

$= \frac{1100000}{80 π} = \frac{(1100000 \times 7)}{(80 \times 22)} = 4375$

Hence, each wheel makes 4375 complete revolutions in 10 minutes.
