Time= 4 mins or 240 seconds (1 min = 60 sec)

Diameter = 2 x radius

Radius = d/2 (or) 400/2 = 200 m

Circumference = 2 pie R

= 2 x 22/7 x 200

= 1257. 14 m
= 1257 (approx)

Speed = Distance/Time

= 1257 / 240

= 5.2 m/s
