Let, the present ages of Raju 's cousin is $x$ yrs.

And Raju 's age $=x-19$

According to the question, after 5 year, their ages will be in the ratio $2:3$

we have:

$\frac{(x-19+5)}{5+x}=\frac{2}{3}$

$\Rightarrow 3(x-14)=2x+10$

$\Rightarrow 3x-42=2x+10$

$\Rightarrow x=52$

∴Age of Raju's cousin = 52 yrs and age of Raju $=52-19=33$ yrs
