Rakesh started his journey of 42 km from x to y with a speed of 60 km/hr. But after every 10 minute he increases his speed by 6 km/hr. How much time did he take to reach y?

Distance traveled in 1st 10 mins = 60km/h×(16)hr=10 km
Distance traveled in 2nd 10 mins = 66km/h×(16)hr=11 km
Distance traveled in 3rd 10 mins = 72km/h×(16)hr=12 km
Therefore, distance yet to be covered = 9km
Time=9×6072=7 mins
Therefore, total time = 10+10+10+7 = 37 mins
