Let r be the radius of the park. So circumference of the park is 2×pi×r = 6.28r.
time = 4 min = 4×60 = 240 sec
Speed = distance / time.
speed = 6.28r/240 = 0.0386r m/s.
Distance after 22 min = (total time/time for 1 revolution) * distance of 1 revolution = (22/4)×6.28r = 5.5×6.28r=34.54r
speed is scalar. So speed after 22 minutes is the same = 0.0386r.
velocity depends on the direction but magnitude of the velocity = speed = 0.0386r.
