Solution

Ramu is diagnosed with anaemia as it is a condition in which the haemoglobin levels are less than required.
Haemoglobin is a protein present in blood. It carries oxygen to all parts of the body. If there are low levels of haemoglobin oxygen supply to all parts of the body decreases
This results in decrease in the efficiency of organs and the person experiences weakness and fatigue.
