The primary immune response is seen as a result of the first exposure to a foreign antigen, no antibody is produced during this phase, but activated B cells are differentiating into plasma cells. So, memory response is not seen. Immunization is done on the principle of the memory of the immune system. On exposure of an immune system to an antigen, it generates an immune response and on subsequent exposure to the same antigen, a heightened immune response is generated due to the presence of memory B cells that can synthesize the antibodies easily. A CT scanner uses x-rays to take multiple images of areas inside the body. So, the correct option is 'statements A and C'.
