Solution

The correct option is B God only helps those who help themselves.
The basic order of words in a sentence is: subject + verb + object.
A sentence may not contain an object, depending on the verb. Transitive verbs like 'appear', 'die', etc do not require objects.
To this basic structure, different elements can be added. For example, noun phrases, adjective phrases, subject complements, types of clauses and so on.
Option B: The structure in this sentence complies with the basic structure:
subject (God) + adverb (only) + main verb (helps) + object (those) + adjective clause (who help themselves).
Hence B is correct.
Option A: The verb 'help' in the clause "...help who themselves" comes before the subject 'who'. Hence this clause isn't in the correct SVO order.
Option C: The order is a jumble of words which do not form a coherent meaning.
Option D: The sentence formed isn't quite as meaningful as option B. (Logically speaking, nobody helps God.)
Hence options A, C and D are incorrect.
