Side of the square plot is 25m; length and breadth of a rectangular figure are 20m and 15m respectively.
Area of the square plot ${side}^2={25}^2=625sq.m.$

Plot of the house is in the shape of a rectangle.
Area of the plot = length $\times$ breadth

$\Rightarrow 20\times 15=300sq.m.$

So, area of the garden = 625 - 300 = 325 sq.m.
Cost of developing the garden = Area $\times$ Rate per sq.m
$\Rightarrow 300\times 55=Rs.16500$
