Solution

The correct option is A

124×105Sm2mol1

Cell constant is same for a particular cell. It is a constant.

We know,
Conductivity, κ=1R×Cell constant
For 0.1 M solution,

Resistance, (R)=100 Ω
Conductivity, κ=1.29 S m1

κ=1R×lA

1.29=1100×lA

Cell constant, lA=129 m1

For 0.2 M solution,
Resistance, (R)=520 Ω
Conductivity, κ=1R×Cell constant
Conductivity, κ=1520×129
Conductivity, κ=0.248 S m1

Λm=κC
Also, we know
1L=103 m3
1L1=103 m3
Molar concentration, (C)=0.2×103 mol m3
Λm=0.2480.2×103

Λm=124×105Sm2mol1
