Rolling of chapati is an example of physical change and baking of chapati is an example of chemical change.
A change in which physical properties of a substance like shape, size, state, etc changes is called a physical change. A physical change is easily reversible and there is no formation of a new substance. Rolling of a chapati is a physical change since only the shape and size of dough is changing and there is no formation of a new product.
But if you take the same dough and cook it on a pan to make a chapati, it's a chemical change as chapati cannot be brought back to its raw dough.
