Rutherford's atomic model could not explain the stability of atom. How do you account for this?

Rutherford's atomic model did not has any scope for energy and it does not obey the Maxwell theory of electrodynamics. According to Maxwell's theory a small charged particle moving around an oppositely center should continue lose it's energy.
