Solution:

Money used to buy 1 kg iron = ₹12
Money got after selling 1 kg iron = ₹14
Money earned per kg of iron = Money got after selling - Money used for buying
= 14 - 12
= ₹2
Money earned after selling 32 kg of iron = ₹2 × 32 = 32 + 32 = ₹64
Hence, Salman will earn ₹64 on selling 32 kg of iron.
