Solution

The correct option is C shall we
Question tags are words that convert a simple sentence into an interrogatory sentence. These are auxiliary verbs used in the sentence. We use these verbs negatively with the pronoun to create a question tag. For example, 'You are Raj, aren't you?' Here, 'aren't you' is a question tag. The answer to these questions is usually a yes or a no.
NOTE: 'Let's' means 'let us', which is used to suggest and ask for others' permission for something in a polite manner. In this case, we will always use 'shall' for the question tag.
Option A - 'Haven't we' is used when the action is already done. For example, 'We have done the homework, haven't we?' Hence, option A is incorrect.
Option B - 'Have we' is used when the action isn't done or if one doesn't remember something that is done. For example, 'We haven't done the homework, have we?' Hence, option B is incorrect.
Option C - 'Will we' is used when a person is not sure of an action. For example, 'We won't go the market, will we?' Hence, option C is incorrect.
Option D - 'Shall we' is a polite way of asking for/taking permission. For example, 'Let's dance, shall we?' Also, 'let's' means 'let us', hence we can use 'we' as the pronoun here. Hence, option D is the correct answer.
'Let's have a cup of tea, shall we?'
