The hormone responsible for the change of sex in plants:

  1. Unisexual plants are the plants that represent single-sex in a single plant.
  2. In other words, there will be male and female plants separately.
  3. When auxin hormone is applied to the male flowers, it will become female and the female flower can become a male flower if auxin is applied to it.
  4. This is called sex change in plants.
