The correct option is D 154 cm2,121 cm2
From the question it is given that,
Length of wire that Shazli took = 44 cm

If the wire is bent into a circle,
We know that, circumference of the circle = 2πr
44=2×(227)×r
44=447×r
44×744=r
r = 7 cm

Area of the circle =πr2
=227×72=227×7×7=22×7=154 cm2

Now, if the wire is bent into a square,
Length of each side of square = 444 = 11 cm
Area of the square = (side)2
=(11)2 cm2
=121 cm2
