Solution
During sunny days, the temperatures of the surrounding become very high. With the rise in temperature, the transpiration rate also increases. On a cool day, transpiration decreases due to the decrease in temperature.
On a windy day, the blowing wind removes the accumulated humidity and brings fresh air capable of absorbing water and thus the rate of transpiration is enhanced. On a calm day, when the wind is not blowing water vapours accumulate above the transpiring leaves which decreases the rate of transpiration.
