Why is the wing of a bat said to be homologous to the wing of a bird and analogous to the wing of an insect?

Wings of birds and bat are homologous as forelimbs. They have a basic similar plan as a structure. They have the same bones namely humerus, radius, ulna carpels.
While wings of birds and insects both are very different in structure. They have only common function hence they are considered analogous.
