How does the blood differ in its components in a mammal when it enters the lungs and when it leaves them?

When blood enters in lungs, diffusion occurs in between alveoli and RBC. An RBC leaves CO2 in the lungs and carries away 4 molecules of oxygen to the other body parts which (oxygenated blood) is then pumped through left side of heart.
