In option B,
Digit at hundreds place - 3
Digit at hundred thousands place - 1
So, the digit at hundreds place is 3 times the digit at hundred thousand place.
Digit at tens place - 6
Digit at thousands place - 3
6 ÷ 3 = 2
So, when we divide digit at tens place by digit at thousands place, we get 2.
Digit at ones place - 9
