We know that Sima has more than ₹100, but less than ₹110.

So it could be any one from the following: -₹101, ₹102, ₹103, ₹104, ₹105, ₹106, ₹107, ₹108, or ₹109.

It is a palindrome number. In the above list only 101 is a palindrome. It reads 101 even when the number is reversed.
So, Sima has ₹101.
