$= 4 x^{2} + 7 x^{3} y^{2} + 6 x^{2} + 7 x^{3} y^{2} + 4 x - 10 x - 2 x^{2}$

$= (4 + 6 - 2) x^{2} + (7 + 7) x^{3} y^{2} + (4 - 10) x$

$= 8 x^{2} + 14 x^{3} y^{2} - 6 x$
