Both the branches between C and ground have same potential difference across them. So equal current flows in both branches in same direction. If current passing through the point A is I, current leaving from C is 2I. while current entering is 0.
But by conservation of charge, the current entering at any point of circuit should equal to current leaving from it.
so, 2I=0⇒I=0
So current through all the points in the circuit is 0.
