Both the branches between $C$ and ground have same potential difference across them. So equal current flows in both branches in same direction. If current passing through the point $A$ is $I$, current leaving from $C$ is $2I$. while current entering is $0$.

But by conservation of charge, the current entering at any point of circuit should equal to current leaving from it.

so, $2I=0\Rightarrow I=0$

So current through all the points in the circuit is $0$.
