2. Organizational facilities: Communication can't be effective without adequate facilities like suggestion box, social gathering.
3. Rules and regulations: Rigid rules and complicated procedures can be an obstacle to communication.
4. Compound structure: When the organisation structure consists of several levels communication can get delayed.
