Faulty translation: If there is little carelessness in the level of understanding from manager to subordinates then it will be a barrier to communication.
Symbols with different meanings: Same words may convey different meanings to different people. People interpret words and symbols in terms of their own experience and thinking.
Unclarified means of assuming: Sometimes the sender thinks that the receiver knows everything about the subject matter. So therefore it is better to tell him the main point of the matter.
Bad expression of message: The obscurity of language is always a wrong interpretation of message.
