$4y=10+x$
$y=\frac{10+x}{4}$
From equation (1) assume the value of $x$ and $y$ to satisfy the equation to zero.
Plotting $(0,2.5),(-10,0)$ and joining them, we get another straight line.
The graph of $4y-x=10$ intersect the x-axis at $(-10,0)$. Hence the zero of given polynomial is $(-10,0)$ as it intersects at $x$-axis at $(-10,0)$.
